Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks will include achieving sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, following up on customer leads, and offering a customer-centric approach while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure satisfaction and address needs efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey information clearly
- Proven Sales abilities to identify opportunities, convert leads into sales, and meet targets
- Capability in Training and mentoring to improve team performance as required
- Efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
