This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Varanasi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales over the phone. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying customer needs, explaining solar products and services, assisting with inquiries, handling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Supporting training initiatives for clients and contributing to the overall success of the sales team is also an integral part of this role.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Proven Sales skills and a results-oriented approach
• Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations effectively
• Problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Basic proficiency in computer applications like CRM software
• Previous experience in sales or the renewable energy sector is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
