Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join our team in Mysore in a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to present and promote GCQ360's services, including study abroad consulting and online training programs. The Telesales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong relationship with clients. You will also play a key role in achieving sales quotas through excellent communication, personalized support, and product knowledge. Your ability to provide superior customer service will drive client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and provide personalized assistance
• Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal articulation
• Proven Sales experience with a results-driven approach to meeting targets and closing deals
• Experience in providing Training or guidance to clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Proficiency in relevant software platforms and CRM systems
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
• Educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
