Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Preet Vihar. The Telesales Specialist will manage outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents, provide accurate information about educational programs, and assist candidates in selecting the right course. The responsibilities include achieving sales targets, following up with leads, maintaining a database of inquiries, resolving customer queries, and supporting business growth through efficient communication and customer-focused sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide prompt assistance and build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
• Sales and persuasion skills to effectively present program benefits and drive conversions.
• Training skills to guide prospective students through admission procedures and program offerings.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in telesales, education, or counseling roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a goal-oriented mindset.
