Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Surat. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating product details. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, closing sales, managing customer support issues, and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products and services.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
- Gujarati language is preferred
