Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Surat. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone to introduce Awaken Jewels lab-grown diamond collections, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining product features and certifications, handling objections, and guiding customers through purchase decisions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM, following up on leads, and collaborating with the showroom and online teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Telesales Specialist will support after-sales service over the phone, share feedback from customers, and participate in periodic training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and professional phone etiquette.
• Proven Sales experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or retail.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively.
• Ability to participate in and apply Training on products, systems, and sales techniques.
• Comfort using CRM or call-tracking tools and basic office software.
• Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Surat; additional languages are an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
• Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods is a plus; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
