Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Noida. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting relevant products or services, and maintaining positive relationships. They will also be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and supporting sales processes while achieving sales and engagement targets.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist and resolve queries effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written language.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training or coaching customers to enhance their understanding of products/services.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
