This is a hybrid full-time role for a Telesales Specialist based in Delhi, India, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Telesales Specialist will focus on reaching out to prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities through calls and online communication platforms. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, promoting school offerings, providing support for enrollment processes, and assisting potential franchise partners. Additionally, providing training and guidance to new team members may also be part of the role.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with prospective clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Comfort in Training others to help build and maintain a high-performing team
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently within a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the education industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic knowledge of office tools such as MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
