Role Description
We are seeking a Presales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their real estate requirements, and presenting tailored property solutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting property demonstrations, assisting in the preparation of proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs. Additionally, the role requires maintaining detailed records of client interactions and following up to nurture leads.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to make 200 - 250 outbound calls on daily basis and adhere to take assigned by TL
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills to address client queries and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
