Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential customers to promote and sell Cyber Heals products and services. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, closing sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and participating in training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Sales expertise, including the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively
  • Experience in providing training and support to clients or teammates is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to work in a hybrid team environment
  • Proficiency in handling digital communication tools and CRM software
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity sales is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
