Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote healthcare services and products. Primary tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing information on services, converting leads into sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role may involve providing training to new team members on product and service knowledge to enhance sales efficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service and customer support processes
• Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in conducting training sessions or the ability to quickly learn and train on service-related topics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or previous telesales experience is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or Post Graduate & diploma equivalent
• Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
