Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (telesales) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through effective communication and follow-up. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a telesales or sales role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads.
  • Provide product knowledge and answer customer queries effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
