Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Trivandrum. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students, addressing inquiries, promoting academic programs, and supporting enrollment processes. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written interactions
• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to assist potential students and address their needs effectively
• Sales skills with the ability to explain programs, address objections, and close enrollments
• Experience in Training and guiding new members within the team is a plus
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the education sector or telesales will be an advantage
