Role Description

The Telesales Representative will focus on driving customer engagement and converting leads into successful partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, promoting Ten-X Resources products and services, addressing queries, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role also involves coordination with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
• Experience in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to provide Training on products or services to clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from what we offer.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
• Prior experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Salary- 1.0LPA- 2.0LPA( Fixed+ Variable)
