Telesales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting products, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additional tasks include assisting with customer onboarding and periodically providing training for product solutions.

• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients over the phone
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a focus on resolving client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Sales experience, including promoting products and closing deals
• Ability to provide Training sessions to familiarize customers with product offerings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
• High school diploma or higher education; relevant experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
