Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Sales professional, based in the United Arab Emirates with the flexibility of working some days remotely. The Tele Sales professional will be responsible for identifying leads, making outbound sales calls, communicating product or service benefits, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, handle objections, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in providing Training related to products or services to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, organize workload efficiently, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
