Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telesales Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include promoting product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, identifying customer needs, and delivering excellent support. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, meeting targets, and collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Experience in Sales and achieving targets
• Capability in providing Training or guiding customers when necessary
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or a relevant degree is advantageous
