Job Title: Tele Sales Representative

We are hiring experienced Tele callers / Tele Sales Executives to handle International (Australia) outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tele sales, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day for Australia markets
  • Achieve and maintain a minimum daily talk time of 500 minutes
  • Explain and pitch company services effectively
  • Generate leads
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele calling / Tele Sales
  • Experience in International calling
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
