Salary Offered: 8,000 - 10,000 /Month (Depending on the experience)
Working Days: Sunday to Saturday (Rotational Week Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST Process

About the Project
Entelect (New Zealand based BPM organization) is onboarding tele sales resources to handle outbound customer acquisition for our client sproutQ.com a leading Resume Writing & Career Branding platform.
This process is 100% sales focused calling potential customers, explaining services & closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads database.
- Pitch & promote premium Resume Writing / CV Writing services.
- Explain service benefits like CV makeover, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Optimization etc.
- Handle objections confidently & convert prospects into paying customers.
- Achieve daily calling benchmarks (200+ Dials / 60+ Talktime connects).
- Maintain CRM updates & call disposition notes correctly after every call.
- Manage scheduled call-backs & follow-up customers until conversion.
- Meet daily sales target of minimum 1 sale per day.
- Maintain brand tone & call quality as per process requirements (>90% quality scoring expected).
Eligibility & Skills
- Fresher or 6 months+ tele sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills Hindi mandatory, English basic communicative.
- Confidence in selling over phone.
- Ability to persuade / negotiate.
- Must be target-driven.
