This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Nagpur. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and explaining and promoting services. Day-to-day tasks will involve facilitating sales of the company's forensic services, maintaining updated customer records, and contributing to team sales goals by identifying and pursuing opportunities.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Sales expertise, ability to identify opportunities, and convert leads into successful deals
• Experience in providing training and guidance to customers or team members is a plus
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a target-oriented approach
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales tools (desirable)
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
