DiabeticShoe.in is India's leading provider of medically designed diabetic footwear, offering comfort, support, and protection for individuals with diabetes and foot conditions. We are committed to delivering superior service and high-quality products to help our customers walk pain-free. We are looking for a Telesales Executive with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to support our sales and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-friendly, and capable of converting leads through effective communication.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

13 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or similar role.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand medical/technical features of diabetic footwear (training provided).

Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.

Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Key Responsibilities-

Ability to meet sales targets and work under minimal supervision.

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Understand customer requirements, suggest the right diabetic footwear, and guide them in selecting suitable products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide complete product information, and assist with order placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Follow up with warm leads to drive conversions and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain high service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
