Presales Executive – Real Estate

• Handle inbound/outbound leads and understand customer requirements.
• Share project details, pricing, offers, and relevant information.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead qualification and site visit targets.
• Good communication, convincing skills, and a target-oriented approach.

Experience: 1–3 years in real estate presales/telecalling preferred.
