Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, delivering product information, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The representative will need to foster strong relationships with clients and actively contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information effectively
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address questions and provide solutions
• Sales skills, including lead generation, closing strategies, and achieving targets
• Ability to train and guide clients on our investment tools and services
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software is a plus
• Any relevant experience in financial markets or a related field will be advantageous
• Freshers are also welcome.

Package

Salary - 15k - 20k as per the qualification.

Time - 10 am to 7 pm.
