Business Development Associate - Inside Sales (E-commerce)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales, preferably in e-commerce
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce sector.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
