Job Description

  • Telesales Experience: Should have a hardcore telesales background and could have been selling any product. Insurance background (Health/Motor/Life) is preferred.
  • Operations Management: Responsible for managing operations seamlessly and ensuring timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Management: Responsible for Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life) - preferred experience.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and manage relationships/engagement with clients.
  • Sales Targets: Manage day-to-day sales targets in a B2C Sales environment.
  • Field Visits: Conduct field visits with the team to ensure smooth operations and team support.
  • Staff Monitoring: Monitor and document work schedules of staff and absences.
  • Team Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor Team Leads to help them better manage their teams.
  • Work Management: Manage and measure team performance and work quality.
  • Sales Pressure Management: Ability to handle sales pressure effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reporting Skills: Strong external and management reporting skills.
  • Shrinkage/Attrition Management: Understands shrinkage and attrition, and knows how to manage them effectively.
