We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a passion for helping customers and closing deals. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a client base through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Engage potential customers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
