Telesales (international process)

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the Telesales position in our international process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to international customers, promoting our products and services, and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in international markets to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably additional languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences is a plus.
