Job Description

Role: Inside Sales / Business Development

Experience: 05 years (MBA freshers encouraged to apply)

Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation

Compensation: Upto 4.2 Lpa Ctc + performance bonus + 16% incentives - Inside Sales Experience

3 To 3.3 Lpa Ctc + performance bonus + 16% incentives - MBA Fresher (2024/2025/2026)

2.40 Lpa Ctc + performance bonus + 16% incentives - Bachelor Fresher (2025)

Shift: Day shift 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (MonSat)

Location: 1401, BLOCK-B1, WESTGATE BUSINESS BAY, Vimbri Media Pvt. Ltd, 14th Floor, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380051.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Source new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails

2. Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions

3. Qualify leads and schedule online demonstrations or meetings with key decision-makers

4. Attend sales meetings, stay updated on product features, pricing, and contracts

5. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and new technologies
