Job Overview
SLBS Marklance is hiring a target-driven Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive (Telesales) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers (students).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into admissions/sales
- Explain courses/services clearly over phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and close sales deals
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions (CRM)
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Core telesales work includes calling prospects, pitching services, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (freshers can apply)
- 0–3 years experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
- Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education / training / service industry
- Knowledge of CRM or call-handling tools
- Sales mindset with customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits
