Job Overview

SLBS Marklance is hiring a target-driven Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive (Telesales) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers (students).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into admissions/sales
  • Explain courses/services clearly over phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up with leads and close sales deals
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions (CRM)
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain customer relationships

Core telesales work includes calling prospects, pitching services, handling objections, and closing sales deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Any Graduate (freshers can apply)
  • 0–3 years experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
  • Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in education / training / service industry
  • Knowledge of CRM or call-handling tools
  • Sales mindset with customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits
