Telesales Executive

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle and meet sales targets
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up on leads via email or in-person
• Use CRM tools to track client communications and sales pipeline
• Prepare and send tailored quotes and proposals to prospective clients

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client activities in CRM
• Drive conversions through consistent follow-ups and relationship building
• Actively participate in team reviews, updates, and training
