Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer support, and facilitating sales. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, offering suitable services or products, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

• Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
