Role Description
The Telesales Executive will work in a full-time capacity, on-site at our Noida office. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and sell company services. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Executive will also contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
- Proficiency in Customer Support and handling inquiries
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in telesales or similar roles is an asset
