As a full-time Telesales Executive based in our Gurugram office, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, generating and following up on leads, making outbound calls, and cultivating positive customer relationships. Additionally, you will be answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. By understanding customer needs, you will also help increase awareness and elevate Smylo's mission of providing premium cat nutrition.

• Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to provide exceptional assistance and build trust.
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert leads into purchases.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly is advantageous.
• Prior experience in telesales or in a customer-centric environment is a plus.
