This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive + Reception & Office Coordinator based in Ranchi. The individual will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, address inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving growth objectives. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional reception and customer service, handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, and maintaining professional communication with clients.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Proficiency in Customer Support and handling client interactions
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proven ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office tools such as word processing and spreadsheet software
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the financial/training industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
