Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients to promote our services, handling inquiries, explaining our solutions, and engaging customers to build long-term relationships. The Telesales Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion. The role involves achieving sales targets, meticulously updating client records, and coordinating follow-ups for effective client engagement.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in telecalling, building client relationships, and lead generation
  • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry for maintaining client information
  • Understanding of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) services and related tools, especially by Microsoft, is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
