Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, generating leads, following up with prospects, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customer inquiries. The role involves promoting our range of products and services, managing client relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with the ability to reach and exceed set targets.
- Proficiency in Customer Support to respond to inquiries and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the construction, interiors, or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and ability to maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
