Laureates Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading provider of National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms for the Pre-Primary, K-12, and Higher Education ecosystems.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience.
- Passionate about Communication and Outreach
- Strong English Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
- Comfortable with Outbound Calling to Schools
- Initiate conversations with Schools and Educational Institutions
- Clearly communicate and share information about our offerings - (B2B SaaS Platform and Teachers Skill Building Initiatives)
- Gather relevant feedback and track them for transforming success business leads and follow-up to close them.
- Maintain call logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is essential.
