Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located at our Delhi, India office. The Telesales Executive will manage day-to-day outbound and inbound calls to promote our coffee products and services. Responsibilities include lead generation, providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets by building strong customer relationships and maintaining a proactive approach to identifying and converting sales opportunities.
