Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining insurance products, and guiding customers toward suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Address customer queries and objections effectively.

Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers or candidates with telesales/BPO/insurance experience preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Strong convincing and negotiation skills
