Role Description
The Telesales Executive with 6 months experience in Healthcare domain, will focus on generating leads, converting potential customers into clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, hybrid role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, offering a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging with clients over the phone, identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Telesales Executive with 6 months experience in Healthcare domain
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective and existing clients.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in Customer Support to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
