Telesales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Ludhiana. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and following up on inquiries. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer queries effectively, and driving sales targets through proactive communication and relationship-building efforts. Collaboration with team members to refine sales strategies and meet company goals is also a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Strong Sales acumen with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment
• Prior experience in a telesales or customer service role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Comfortable working on-site in Ludhiana
