Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech programs, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions related to medical, engineering, and study abroad courses.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, websites, emails, and campaigns, and provide accurate information about courses and offerings.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and convert enquiries into potential leads for the sales/admission team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested students/parents to maximize lead conversion and appointment bookings.
- Maintain and update lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM/lead management system.
