Job Description – Telesales Executive / Senior Executive

Role Purpose

Drive business growth and customer satisfaction by achieving sales targets, generating leads, and promoting broadband and digital services through inbound and outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing and potential customers to promote products and services
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Accurately record customer orders and process purchases
  • Generate qualified leads for the field sales team
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Handle customer objections using approved sales scripts and techniques
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales and call targets consistently

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in telesales or voice process
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound calling preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages required: Telugu, English, and Hindi
  • Age: Up to 33 years

Work Schedule

  • 6 days working
  • 1 rotational week off
  • Rotational day shifts
