Job Description – Telesales Executive / Senior Executive
Role Purpose
Drive business growth and customer satisfaction by achieving sales targets, generating leads, and promoting broadband and digital services through inbound and outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Accurately record customer orders and process purchases
- Generate qualified leads for the field sales team
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle customer objections using approved sales scripts and techniques
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve daily and monthly sales and call targets consistently
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 6 years of experience in telesales or voice process
- Experience in both inbound and outbound calling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages required: Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Age: Up to 33 years
Work Schedule
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational week off
- Rotational day shifts
