Role And Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR services to potential clients over the phone. Your main duties will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential clients
- Presenting and explaining our HR solutions to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining a database of potential and existing clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives
