Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive based in Kerala, with occasional remote work flexibility. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for calling company-provided leads and converting them into new franchise partners. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, explaining the FABO franchise model in Malayalam, following up with interested prospects, answering queries, building strong relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is preferred

Ability to convert leads into successful franchise sign-ups

Good customer handling and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage
