Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating and following up on leads, building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving team sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Experience in customer service and support to handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Proven ability in lead generation and sales to drive business growth
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Prior experience in freight forwarding or a telesales role is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
