Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential clients through calls, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include promoting real estate services, responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal Communication skills to engage effectively with clients
• Generate and qualify leads, and fix site visit appointments
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and achieve targets
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in real estate, tele sales, or related fields is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hindi, with additional language skills considered an asset
