Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, establish a rapport with potential customers, and effectively communicate the value of products or services. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, providing excellent customer support, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires meeting sales targets, following up on prospects, and maintaining successful customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product/service benefits
  • Experience in customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in lead generation and a track record of successful sales achievements
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
