Telesales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, generating leads, and proactively following up with potential customers. Day-to-day tasks will include contacting leads, delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate information on immigration services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires the ability to meet sales targets, handle customer concerns effectively, and work collaboratively within the team to achieve business goals.

• Proficient in Communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, working to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Prior experience in the immigration or consultancy sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added benefit.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
