Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Kolkata. Responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and current clients. The Telesales Executive will need to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and follow-up on client needs efficiently, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and customer support, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales, as well as meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a dynamic sales environment
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
